Refund policy

We hope your Tile & Tea Table collection becomes part of your table for years to come. If your purchase isn't quite right, we're happy to accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery.

Returns

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be complete, in their original packaging, and in new, unused condition.

Unopened items are eligible for a full refund of the merchandise purchase price.

Opened Mahjong sets may be returned if they are unused, complete, and in like-new condition. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Custom & Personalized Collections

All custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds, except in cases of a manufacturing defect, an error made by Tile & Tea Table, or where otherwise required by applicable law.

Because custom and personalized collections are created specifically for you, all custom, commissioned, and personalized purchases are final sale and non-refundable.

Custom-order deposits and design fees become non-refundable once design work begins. Customers may request up to two (2) design revisions before the custom order is submitted for production. Once the final artwork has been approved or the order has been submitted for production, no changes or cancellations may be made.

Tile & Tea Table is not responsible for errors in customer-provided information, including spelling, names, colors, or other specifications that have been approved by the customer.

Presale Collections

Presale orders may be cancelled for a full refund until the order enters production. Once production has begun, presale orders cannot be cancelled.

After your presale order is delivered, eligible non-custom products are covered by our standard 14-day return policy.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Every Tile & Tea Table collection is carefully inspected before it leaves us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

We'll make it right with a replacement, replacement piece, or refund, as appropriate, and we'll cover shipping costs when the issue is ours.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

All returns must be authorized by Tile & Tea Table before being sent back to us.
